1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a factory specialized in display furniture since 2000, covers area of 2000 sqms with Carpentry workshop, fully enclosed dust-free paint workshop, hardware workshop, glass workshop, assembly workshop. We focus on clothing shoes showcase, crafts gift showcase, supermarket stores display, shopping mall display, store display, various special-shaped showcase. 2. Where are you located? / Where do you ship to?

We located in Huizhou, one of the most advanced cities in China. It is the neighbor city of Guangzhou. We have two ports in Shenzhen, Shekou & Yantian and one in Guangzhou, Huangpu.
Yes, we can ship to around the world.  But our main marker is the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Dubai, UAE & European Countries.

3. Can you design store/shop for me?

Yes, we have a experienced design team leaded by our director who work in shop display design for more than 20 years. In order to help our customers form a professional & practical drawing. Our designer can custom any dreamed ideas into 3D visual rendering & detailed construction plans.

4. What's your MOQ?

Our MOQ is 5 sets/pcs or 1 whole shop project.

5. What's your lead time?

It depends on different project, Normally the lead time is within 25-30 days after confirmed all the details.

6. Does your company make modular products or can custom according to my requirements?

We normally customized products, we design and manufacture kiosks, carts, displays according to the unique customized design ideas. If you already have design or detail drawing, we can directly give you the best quotes and the factory will build it accordingly.

 If you do not have a kiosk but have ideas in mind or favorite image or photo from other places, we will design it according to your reference idea. and working together improve the design then build it. If you are new to this and want to start a business. Our experienced designers will help you create a unique and appealing design until you satisfied with it then start manufacture.

7. How much does the design fee cost?

How much to get a kiosk design, how much to get a cart design & how much to get a store design?

We will charge a design deposit to set up product design, this deposit cost is charging based on a leased size. But all the design fee will be refunded after you placed the order in our factory. That means if you build the products in our company the design is free. If not, the design fee will not be refunded.

Store Design

(size under 300 square feet)  600USD/unit.
(size between 300-800 square feet)  800USD/unit.

8. What are the material of your products?

E0 MDF ( the highest class), plywood, tempered glass, 304 stainless steel, Acrylic and UL/CE approval led lighting etc.

9. How do you ensure the quality of products?

1) High quality international standard materials.
2) Experienced workers (90%) with well experience for more than 10 years.
3) Strictly control product quality from material purchase to package.
4) Production images and videos will be sent after every inspection.
5) We also welcome your visit in any time.

10. How to deal with the faulty?

We will offer you a detailed installation instruction. If needed, we also can provide local installment service with lower cost.

11. Do you provide after-sales service?

Yes, we offer 2 years free maintenance, replacement for accessories and forever free technical guide service.
